Walls The head sheet,
including the doghouse and tapered front corner pillars are formed from
one sheet so there are no seams to split or crack. The 3/16" sides are
reinforced with a seamless 10 GA corrugated outer panel - Mailhot Trunion Mounted
Cylinder A trunion mounted
cylinder tips away from the body when lifting, requiring a much smaller
doghouse than a conventional cylinder. Mailhot cylinders are nitrided
rather than chromed for a much better finish. - High Lift Tailgate The high lift cylinders are integrated into
the rear pillars for protection from errant loader buckets. - Stationary cab guard and
hydraulic reservoir Keeping
the cab guard stationary reduces overall height when dumping and keeps
all of the hydraulic components in a easy to service area. - Powder Coated Finish. Powder coating is applied electrostaticly
for even coverage and is baked on at 500 deg. It is much more chip
resistant and will last much longer than conventional painting. Choose
from thousands of colors as well as different textures. - All beds are computer designed and built
off of isometric CAD drawings. We draw 3-D pictures of every bed we build and then use state
of the art computer controlled machines to fabricate them. This enables
you to see your bed BEFORE it's built. If we can draw it, we can build
it and give you exactly what you want.
